Our Team

At Nixfon, we work as a team… a team of professional footballers. The founders, being football fanatics decided to model the organization after their favourite football team.

The Manager – just like Rafa Benitez or Sir Alex, Nixfon’s CEO is a master tactician and visionary. He leads the company with a firm yet flexible hand.

The Goalkeeper – In the spirit of equality, Nixfon has a female goalkeeper. She handles all the shots that are sent her way from phone calls to verbal abuse from customers and partners.

The Defenders – In this company, our defenders are our technical team. They are the backbone of Nixfon. Our programmers and support individuals do most of the work and gets the least praise. Much like Jamie Carragher and John Terry.

The Playmaker – Being a technology company, Nixfon’s playmaker comprise of our software architect and web & multimedia designers. They are the creative streak in our company.

The Strikers – These are the glamour boys of Nixfon. In charge of sales and business development, they’re always in the spotlight. They’re focused on the GOAL at all times.
