The Event Manager enables you to create and manage career events, such as open days and fairs, independent from the selection process. The careers web site option enables for the creation, editing and posting of event information and online registration.
Our Agency Manager helps you create and manage an agency PSL (Preferred Supplier List). Preferred agencies can be alerted as to suitable vacancies to manage and help fill. Agencies can view vacancies they have been given access to and upload suitable CVs. This module can also be used to manage media agencies. The integrated agency messenger allows for the exchanges of real-time "notes" with a specific agency contact, where conversations can be recorded.
Campaigns are used to group jobs together and create a unique URL that can then be used for web and print publishing purposes to support cooordinated recruitment marketing campaigns.
The Referral Manager automatically notifies a referrer of a candidate application using a structured request for candidate endorsement. This is held against the candidate record. It captures the name and e-mail address of any referred candidate and allows the recruiter to see all referrals in the pipeline at a glance, manage referral programs and report referral bonuses. Last but not least, it notifies referrers on success or rejection of any referred candidates.
Refer-a-Friend enables visitors to any candidate channel to forward a job advertisement to a friend via e-mail with supporting comments.

The Candidate Self Service function gives your candidates far greater control over their job-hunting and application process within your organisation - and reduces the workload for you and your team. As candidates manage the entry of almost all data into the system - both initially and during the application process - you can be far more confident that you will have an up-to-date and professional talent pool for searching for "the right person in the right place at the right time"
For those applicants who do not get the job they applied for but who are still interested in working within your organisation, you may choose to store their data in your Talent Pool and automatically alert them of appropriate opportunities as they arise by using the Job Agent functionality. This will help you to build a longer-term relationship with a potential employee - keeping them "warm" and interested.
The Advanced Job Search can be enhanced to include multi-search selection, enabling candidates to select multiple items from a single list, which in turn allows candidates to create multi-select job alerts - giving them access to a broader range of opportunities. Using the proximity search ("which jobs are within 10 km of my home"), and regional searches, candidates are able to zoom directly to the right position for their needs.
